JASARA PMC is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the position of Logistics Manager with specialized experience in crane logistics. This role is vital to the successful planning, coordination, and execution of crane-related logistics activities across various large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in crane logistics management, including planning crane movements, coordinating delivery and installation, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. This position requires close collaboration with project teams to optimize crane utilization and streamline operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans specifically focused on crane operations and movements. Coordinate and schedule crane deliveries, installations, relocations, and removals, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. Ensure all crane logistics activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Liaise with procurement and suppliers to secure necessary crane equipment and services. Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to optimize crane usage and support construction activities. Monitor and report on crane logistics performance metrics and address any operational challenges promptly. Lead and guide the logistics team involved in crane operations. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, with a strong focus on crane logistics management within construction projects. Proven track record of successfully managing crane logistics operations, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects. In-depth knowledge of crane types, capacities, operational requirements, and safety protocols. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with logistics management software and tools. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project demands. Experience working in the Middle East and familiarity with local regulations is preferred.
