Location: Napton-on-the-Hill, Warwickshire
Role: Part-Time
Salary: £28,000 per year, pro rata
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10am-2pm Daily (Can be flexible)
We are looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Manager to join our growing furniture brand. In this role, you will oversee scheduling and operational activities related to deliveries, ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with the Stream delivery platform (desirable but not essential).
  • Proven experience in logistics management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to supervise teams and manage workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Manage transportation systems to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Plan and organise delivery routes for multiple vans.
  • Adjust or reschedule delivery runs to accommodate last-minute changes or cancellations.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers for shipping and receiving.
  • Monitor and analyse business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimise supply chain performance.
  • Manage inventory levels for delivery-related items and maintain accurate records where required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align logistics with business goals.
  • Prepare reports on logistics performance to support strategic decisions and expansion.
  • Liaise with the delivery team to ensure plans and routes are communicated effectively.
  • Handle customer requests to amend delivery slots.
