ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee and optimize the warehouse and supply chain operations, focusing on efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, marketing, and sales, you will ensure seamless coordination to meet operational goals and customer requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, retailers and resolve any arising problems or complaints from customers.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize lead times and costs, ensuring on-time product delivery.
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
Implement effective warehouse management practices to streamline stock or inventory handling, storage, and order fulfillment processes for retailers and customers.
Able to meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
Monitor market trends, customer demands, industry developments to implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce for any issues or challenges that arise.
