We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to lead the logistics section, delivering high-quality windows, doors, and glazing products to the Mid & North-West of WA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate the loading and dispatch of all glazing products for delivery throughout the North-West of Western Australia.
  • Manage the completion and distribution of loose glass orders for regional customers.
  • Oversee the daily operation of the glass processing and cutting machinery, ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Production Manager and Stores team to ensure a smooth flow of materials from Goods-in, throughout manufacture and then out through to dispatch.

  • Monitor dispatch schedules and proactively resolve logistical challenges to maintain customer service standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory for assets and dispatch records.
  • Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements within the logistics and processing areas.

  • Lead, coach and develop logistics and glass processing team members to achieve high performance.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Computer literacy with experience using production or inventory management systems.
  • High physical fitness aptitude due to the lifting and loading of items for delivery.
