SUPO) The Mission of the Logistics Specialist The mission of this role is to keep ICEYE’s hardware moving smoothly and accurately by receiving, storing and shipping every item with absolute clarity and control so teams always know they can rely on the parts in front of them. It also exists to remove friction from global logistics by coordinating clean, compliant shipments and giving stakeholders the information they need to keep missions on schedule. Outcomes & Responsibilities: In your role you will be managing our Inbound/Outbound and Storage operations, helping our Supply Chain team to navigate through these on a daily basis exceeding customer’s expectations. You will be responsible for goods receiving (verify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork, checking for damage, correct part numbers, quantity and revisions, etc) as well as for goods shipping. Maintaining accurate inventory is a key element in your role (identifying, labeling, placing materials, recording and/or data entering relevant information, performing cycle counts, etc). You will also coordinate domestic and international shipments (both Import and Export), preparing all relevant documentation following ICEYE’s unique approach to details and accuracy. Provide general support and information in logistics matters to domestic and international stakeholders e.g. freight forwarders, logistics suppliers, customers as well as colleagues in other subsidiaries. Your main tool will be our ERP as well as other Microsoft Office applications You will also participate in other logistics tasks from other departments of the company. Role-specific Competences & Requirements Relevant studies in Logistics, Procurement, International Business, etc Fluent spoken and written Greek & English. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role/industry. Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Extensive knowledge and understanding of inventory procedures. Outstanding computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Operates simple material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, cargo dollies and other hand tools (ability to pull, push cargo pallets/containers up to 45kg unassisted). Advantageous Competencies To Have: IATA DGR & IMDG certification. Knowledge of computerized inventory management systems (particularly Netsuite, IFS 2004, 2010) Experience with EU Customs regulations/clearance, particularly familiar with Inward Processing as well as INTRASTAT reporting. Experience within the aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic fields.
