Maintain and update employee records, including Employee IDs, email accounts,

Generate and distribute accurate payslips.

Resolve payroll-related inquiries promptly and effectively.

ERP & System Management

Act as the ERP custodian for payroll and employee data.

Update HRMS/ERP systems with new joiners, resignations, salary revisions, and other relevant changes.

Ensure accurate manual timesheet preparation for all active staff when required.

Leave & Attendance Management

Manage employee leave records and approvals.

  • Monitor and maintain biomeDevelop & deliver short and long term UAE eCommerce strategy, aligned to wider Global eCommerce channel strategy, defining and delivering ambitious commercial growth targets across all accounts (Pureplay, omnichannel, Marketplace, New Commerce/Whitespace).
  • Establish and manage first class customer eCommerce and trading relationships including negotiating eCommerce levers into JBP/JMP or eJBPs.
  • Execute eCommerce category and brand management strategy & capability, online visibility & shopper understanding
  • Lead the development and execution of the investment strategy for all accounts, delivering against key business targets.
  • Drive collaboration with colleagues in sales, category marketing, logistics and finance to optimise and shape investment priorities
  • Implement and embed holistic ecommerce performance tracking, shelf analytics and reporting within the Arla sales and marketing functions.

We are looking for a leader who can inspire and excite the organisation in relation to our eCommerce transformation. A leader who can build a strong internal network across the matrix organisation that will secure delivery and adoption of the eCommerce agenda.

In addition to that, you will have

  • Significant experience leading a Grocery, Retail or FMCG eCommerce function, with accountability for delivering ambitious commercial growth targets.
  • Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to build, develop and inspire high-performing teams while creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer leadership, with a track record of building strategic partnerships and translating opportunities into sustainable growth.
  • The ability to influence at senior levels across a matrix organisation, aligning multiple stakeholders behind a common agenda and securing execution through others.
  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including omnichannel retail, marketplaces, digital shelf excellence, retail media and online shopper behaviour.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability, able to leverage data, insights and performance metrics to inform decisions and optimise investment.
  • The ability to navigate complexity, prioritise effectively and maintain foc
