POSITION OVERVIEW

LHH is looking for a dynamic and strategic Logistics Manager to lead and optimize one of our clients logistics operations in Sandy Springs, GA. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers, while maintaining high standards of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in supply chain management, a passion for continuous improvement, and the leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics or operations management.
  • Proficiency in logistics systems such as WMS, TMS, or ERP platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of international shipping and trade compliance is a plus.
    Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve delivery timelines and reduce costs.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and vendors.
  • Oversee transportation planning, carrier selection, and freight cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including DOT and OSHA standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate reports to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, and customer service teams.
  • Mentor and develop logistics staff to foster a high-performance culture.
