Du bist ein Organisationstalent, arbeitest gerne mit Menschen und interessierst dich für Kundenservice und Logistik?Für unseren Standort in Kelkheim im Taunus, unweit der Mainmetropole Frankfurt, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung für unser Sales Administration Team.

Was erwartet Dich?

• Verantwortung für die Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen – vom Bestelleingang über die Abstimmung der Liefertermine bis hin zur Auslieferung im In- und Ausland
• Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion und Ansprechperson für KundInnen, Logistikdienstleister, Vertrieb und Buchhaltung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lager- und Transportdienstleistern
• Überwachung und Kontrolle der Lagerbestände

Was solltest Du mitbringen?

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Bachelorstudium bzw. Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik
• Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, vorzugsweise in der Reifenbranche
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Teamgeist und Organisationstalent sowie eine proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Excel; idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP R/3

Your Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the daily operations of our warehouse
• Ensure smooth and efficient inbound, outbound and sorting processes
• Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities, especially during peak periods
• Support workforce planning, shift planning and task allocation
• Monitor operational KPIs such as productivity, throughput and processing performance
• Identify operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions
• Support the Warehouse/Operations Manager in managing daily warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with company processes, safety requirements and warehouse standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain operational data, reports and documentation
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and workflows
• Take a hands-on approach and support the team directly when required
• Be flexible to work shifts, including night shifts, depending on operational requirements

What You Bring

• Degree, vocational qualification or relevant professional experience in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, operations or a comparable field
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience in coordinating warehouse teams or daily operational activities is an advantage
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, hands-on and reliable working style
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during peak periods
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Fluent English and German; Mandarin skills are an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Willingness to work night shifts and flexible working hours
• A valid driving licence and own car are an advantage due to the location and shift schedule
