LOCATION: Macquarie Park,Sydney, New South Wales

  • Key Responsibilities1. Logistics System Setup & OperationsDesign, establish, and manage the complete logistics framework for vehicles and spare parts in the ANZ region, covering port operations, customs clearance, warehousing, and last‑mile distribution.
  • Coordinate international shipping, local customs brokerage, port liaison, and third‑party logistics providers; develop and optimise routing plans to balance transit time and cost.
  • Build and continuously enhance the local logistics network to ensure supply chain efficiency and support sales volume targets.
  • 2. Supplier Management & Cost ControlIdentify, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage local logistics service providers (transport, warehousing, customs brokers, etc.) to improve service quality and strengthen cost control.
  • Monitor logistics expenditures, transit quality, and handle exceptions to reduce damage, loss, and delays, thereby improving dealer and internal customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cost‑optimisation and process‑improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and savings.
  • 3. Compliance & CoordinationAlign with headquarters logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to implement global standards, processes, and KPIs, ensuring consistency between global frameworks and local execution.
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant Australian and New Zealand laws, regulations, and industry requirements.
  • Interface with Australian vehicle compliance systems such as NEVDIS and RAV to ensure all imported vehicles are legally and compliantly registered for road use.
  • 4. Team LeadershipRecruit, build, mentor, and evaluate the ANZ logistics team, fostering a high‑performance culture and continuous professional development.


  • QualificationsBasic RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive supply chain / logistics / finished‑vehicle distribution management; experience with major automotive brands is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of vehicle import processes, overseas warehouse management, and third‑party logistics oversight.
  • Professional SkillsDeep knowledge of Australia/New Zealand vehicle import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and cross‑border logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with Australian automotive compliance processes, including NEVDIS, RAV, VFACTS, etc.
  • Strong cost‑consciousness and project management capabilities, with a proven track record in logistics process optimisation.
