Description

Aristo Pharma GmbH, headquartered in Berlin, was founded in 2008 and is now one of the fastest-growing pharmaceutical companies in Europe. Our mission is to rethink healthcare and continuously develop pharmaceutical solutions – with the goal of making therapies effective, well-tolerated, and easy to use. Our portfolio includes prescription drugs, innovative medical devices, over-the-counter products, and herbal preparations, thus covering a broad spectrum of modern healthcare. More than 1,400 employees in 13 countries contribute daily to ensuring that our products reliably reach where they are needed – doctors, pharmacies, wholesalers, and patients.

To support our Logistics & Order Management team, we are looking for a full-time employee at our Berlin location to start as soon as possible:

Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission:

You ensure that our pharmaceuticals travel reliably, on time, and in compliance with GDP regulations through our international supply chain. This involves coordinating national and international logistics processes, collaborating with various partners along the supply chain, and contributing to ensuring that our products are always available wherever they are needed.

Here's what you can expect:

  • You organize and coordinate national and international transports of our pharmaceuticals in compliance with regulatory and GDP-relevant requirements.
  • You will work closely with freight forwarders, logistics service providers, international partners and the managers of our main warehouse location, ensuring a smooth flow of goods.
  • You monitor delivery dates, transport processes and relevant processes along the supply chain and support the handling of logistical deviations.
  • You will check temperature records, assist in the evaluation of transports, and contribute to ensuring our quality requirements are met.
  • You will contribute to the optimization of logistics processes and support projects in the areas of transport, warehousing and international distribution.

You bring:

  • You have successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services, wholesale and foreign trade or industry, or a completed degree with a focus on logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
  • Prior professional experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, export, or foreign trade is advantageous. Motivated career starters with an interest in international logistics processes are also welcome.
  • You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and maintain an overview even in complex processes.
  • You possess excellent organizational skills as well as a solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working.
  • You communicate confidently and professionally with internal and external contacts and enjoy working in a team.
  • You possess a good analytical and commercial understanding and enjoy coordinating and continuously improving processes.
  • Knowledge in the areas of import, export, customs or foreign trade is welcome, but not a requirement.
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
  •

Why this role is exciting for you:

  • You will gain comprehensive insights into international pharmaceutical logistics and work at a diverse interface between logistics, supply chain, quality management and foreign trade.
  • Whether you already have experience in the export and foreign trade environment or would like to develop further in these areas – with us you can take on responsibility and grow professionally.
  • You will work in an international environment with diverse contacts and actively shape the supply of medicines in different European markets.
  • You can expect varied tasks where day-to-day operations, international coordination and continuous process improvement are closely intertwined.
  • Your work makes a direct contribution to ensuring that important medicines reach patients safely, on time and in accordance with quality standards.
