Our talent agents are currently scouting for the latest stars to join our phenomenal cast.
We’re looking for a Logistics Manager to lead our logistics department and help put the sparkle into secondary spends. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an efficient logistics strategy with a strong focus on achieving commercial revenue goals and maintaining excellent stock control. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring the logistics team supports the wider commercial operations with focus on delivering the highest standards of service.
As a Logistics Manager you are the backbone of the Madame Tussauds London Retail department, ensuring our guests have access to those special items that put the cherry on top of a world class experience. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional stock control with a strong focus on minimising stock loss and maximising availability to support the achievement of revenue targets.
This is a permanent, full-time position. Due to our attraction being open daily, you will be expected to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record of logistics/warehouse experience, with proven experience in team management
  • Desire to lead by example and drive team engagement
  • Experience within the customer service industry is essential and you’ll be a strong decision-maker
  • Strong knowledge of retail processes including stock control, product pricing, visual merchandising and operational efficiency
  • You will have previous managerial experience (either as a department/operations manager) in a fast-moving, customer-oriented environment
