Full job description

• Plan, organize, and manage all warehouse and logistics operations.
• Ensure efficient utilization of storage space and warehouse capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Develop and implement logistics policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Optimize warehouse layout to improve storage efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor transportation schedules and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics staff.
• Prepare logistics and inventory reports for management.
• Control logistics and warehouse operating costs.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Implement warehouse management systems (WMS) and process improvements.
• Coordinate annual stock counts and inventory audits.

Required Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or storage space management.
• Experience managing large warehouse operations and storage facilities.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Experience in transportation and distribution planning.
• Ability to manage teams and achieve operational targets.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in building materials, retail, FMCG, or storage service industries is an advantage.
