• Oversee and optimize all logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods, enhancing supply chain efficiency.
• Proven track record in managing complex logistics operations, with hands-on experience in Logistics and a strong aptitude and drive for business expansion.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with organizational goals, thus driving continuous improvement in delivery performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships that ensure reliable service and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to reduce excess stock and minimize shortages, ensuring smooth operational flow.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for enhanced strategic insight.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility and leadership capabilities.
• Proven track record in managing complex logistics operations, with hands-on experience in Logistics.
