We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Logistics Manager to join our team and help keep our projects running smoothly from behind the scenes.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This hybrid role combines purchasing, logistics, and project coordination. You’ll play a key role in ordering, tracking, and managing construction materials while also supporting project managers and subcontractors with scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks. Your work will ensure that our construction projects stay on time and aligned with client expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, project coordination, or construction admin (residential preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing logistics across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and online ordering platforms (e.g., Build.com)
  • Ability to solve problems proactively and stay adaptable in a fast-moving environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with permit processes and working with local municipalities
  • Familiarity with construction vendors and material ordering
  • Prior experience supporting subcontractors or project managers

Responsibilities

PERMITTING & ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Manage permit processes, including preparing documentation, notifying subs, submitting to townships, tracking statuses, picking up permits, and filing records.
  • Keep clients and PMs updated on permit progress and relevant timelines.
