The Logistics Manager will oversee all logistics and inventory operations across the organization, including the planning, transportation, storage, tracking, and reporting of materials related to biologics, drug products, medical devices (including hardware and consumables), and ancillary clinical supplies. This includes inventory management across all sites, such as internal facilities, clinical sites, CDMOs, 3PL providers, and external vendors. The role is responsible for coordinating demand forecasts and supply plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams (CMC, Clinical, Development, R&D), issuing purchase requisitions and POs aligned with project timelines, and managing domestic and international shipments, including import/export compliance.
This role also involves developing reporting tools and dashboards to monitor inventory levels, timelines, and costs, ensuring transparency and informed decision making. This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, effective communication with internal staff, global partners, and vendors. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be agile in a high-paced, changing environment is critical.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end inventory operations across multiple sites.
- Demonstrated experience developing forecasts, generating requisitions/POs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience overseeing domestic and international transportation, including import/export compliance.
- Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and logistics tracking tools.
- Prior experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical supply chains strongly preferred.
Knowledge/Skill:
- In-depth understanding of inventory control, demand planning, and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
- Knowledge of logistics reporting, including dashboard creation, inventory costing, and delivery tracking.

Expected US salary range: $120,000-$135,000
This position generally is eligible for cash incentive compensation, equity incentive compensation, and employee benefits under the Company’s benefit plans
