A prominent international organisation is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the safe, compliant and efficient movement of goods across its local and international operations.

Based in Kuwait, the Logistics Manager will take responsibility for transportation, warehousing, inventory control, customs coordination and international distribution. The position requires a highly organised and practical operator who can manage routine requirements while responding effectively to urgent and time-sensitive demands.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES RELOCATION TO KUWAIT

• Key responsibilities:Manage domestic and international transportation and distribution activities.
• Coordinate air, sea and land freight across multiple destinations.
• Oversee customs clearance, shipping documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Manage warehouse operations, stock accuracy and inventory controls.
• Coordinate effectively with procurement teams, suppliers, freight forwarders and regional offices.
• Monitor deliveries from collection through to final destination.
• Select, negotiate with and manage logistics and transportation providers.
• Develop shipment schedules and provide accurate progress reporting.
• Identify and resolve delays, documentation issues and supply disruptions.
• Ensure appropriate controls are maintained for the receipt, storage and release of goods.
• Develop logistics KPIs covering cost, delivery performance, accuracy and service quality.
• Support urgent or complex shipments into operationally challenging markets.
• Lead and develop the logistics and warehouse team.
