Description

Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding delivery status, scheduling and logistics-related questions
Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues
Handle customer inquiries related to delays, delivery appointments and shipment updates
Support the daily management of international deliveries across multiple markets
Monitor delivery performance and identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities
Work closely with customer care, sales, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery processes
Support the improvement and documentation of logistics processes and workflows
Handle logistics-related escalations and ensure timely solutions for customers and internal stakeholders
