Responsibilities:

- Manage, develop and implement effective strategies to optimize process including import/export, warehousing, transportation and distribution to customers.

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure best service and rates.

- Lead and supervise the logistics team, providing guidance and support for growth and productivity.

- Analyze logistics performance and identify areas for improvement and cost-saving measures.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards in all logistics activities, it includes ensuring all required documents are submitted on time for internal and external compliance.

- Prepare reports on logistics performance, challenges, and solutions for senior management.

- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Procurement and Finance Teams.

- Perform support and other task as required from time to time.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience and supervisory role as Logistics Manager or similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry.

- Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and transportation processes.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

- Experience in the use of system software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication (verbal and written), and negotiation skills.
