Description
  • Own the end-to-end order management process across wholesale accounts, from order receipt through to invoice
  • Manage both EDI and manual order flows, ensuring purchase orders are accurately processed within retailer deadlines
  • Monitor order accuracy and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and automation
  • Manage retailer compliance requirements, including routing, appointments, vendor portals and order performance
  • Monitor retailer scorecards and investigate the root causes of any service issues or deductions
  • Manage deduction and credit memo disputes, working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Support the onboarding of new retail partners, including item setup, labelling, routing requirements and first-order readiness
  • Own freight quotations and bookings for componentry and finished goods across suppliers, fillers and warehouses
  • Prepare and check relevant shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin
  • Track inbound shipments against required dates and escalate any delays that could impact customer orders or launches
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party logistics providers across the UK and US
  • Monitor warehouse performance against fulfilment SLAs and feed service and cost data into the wider Operations function
  • Act as a key point of contact for retailer and customer queries, ensuring issues are routed and resolved efficiently
  • Support commercial, digital and brand teams with launches, promotions and sampling activity
  • Coordinate fulfilment requirements across marketplace and direct-to-consumer channels
  • Contribute to wider operational projects and process improvements as the business continues to grow
