For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an experienced Logistics & Material Flow Specialist to join a long-term project in the Lublin area. Your Responsibilities Design and implement efficient logistics and material flow solutions within production and warehouse environments. Plan and optimize transportation routes, storage systems, and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Analyze logistics data, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to support decision-making. Manage logistics budgets, cost models, and operational metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners (3PL). Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects. Oversee inventory control and ensure material availability for production. Support layout design and facility planning to optimize material movement and space utilization. Your Profile Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to improve processes. Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus. Proficiency with logistics software and data analysis tools. Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
