Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Domino, we are committed to building a reliable, efficient, and sustainable supply chain that supports both our internal teams and our external customers. We are looking for a Logistics Network Officer to join our Group Logistics team. This role can be carried out across England, with occasional visits to a Domino office, and will help ensure the smooth flow of goods, contribute to continuous improvements across our logistics network, and support Domino’s sustainability goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and resolve logistics escalations and queries, following up in a timely manner both remotely and on-site, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
  • Provide daily operational support for two third party-run warehouses and distribution centres located in Europe.
  • Lead group-level logistics projects aimed at improving network performance, reducing costs, and driving sustainability initiatives.
  • Support vendor and carrier management, collaborating with forwarders and shipping partners to address issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with KPI implementation and monitoring across the Domino logistics network, helping foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
