We are seeking an Entry-Level Logistics Office Assistant to support our logistics and operations team in coordinating shipments, processing orders, and managing administrative tasks that keep our supply chain running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate shipment records, invoices, and delivery schedules.
Enter order and shipping details into the company database or logistics software.
Assist in tracking shipments and ensuring on-time delivery.
Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipping updates.
Respond to basic inquiries from clients, suppliers, and carriers.
Relay important updates on delivery timelines and order status.
Help prepare and update daily and weekly shipping schedules.
Assist in organizing carrier pickups and drop-offs.
Support logistics team with filing, scanning, and maintaining organized digital records.
Help prepare basic reports and summaries for management.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field is a plus).
No prior logistics experience required — training will be provided.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
