Description

Procurement Operations
Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor records in NetSuite/Oracle ERP
Ensure timely processing of procurement requests and approvals
Support the team in sourcing, negotiating, and contracting suppliers
Vendor & Supplier Management
Maintain vendor database, track supplier performance, and support supplier evaluations
Follow up with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and order confirmations
Assist in ensuring compliance with company procurement standards
Financial Coordination
Collaborate closely with the Finance team on invoice verification, payment schedules, and reconciliation
Track purchase order to payment cycles, resolving mismatches or discrepancies
Prepare reports on procurement spend, cost savings, and budget adherence
Team & Stakeholder Support

Responsibilities
