Responsibilities

1) Prepare Invoices in the ERP
2) Collect the signed invoices from drivers after delivery
wherever customer portal submittal required for signed invoices - do it
wherever email submission required do it for customers
File the signed invoices received on the sequential order
Provide monthly report if we miss any invoices duly signed by customer
3) Prepare the list of RMA
to be collected from customer
to be dispatched to supplier service centre
collection / dispatch to customers
keep documentation for these RMA
Keep updated the support team back office on the RMA status
4) Prepare weekly excel report on pending SO to be invoiced
share it with Purchase / sales team / sales Director
5) Share the invoice copies whenever required for;
customers
salespersons in case of RMA/ if required
Support team in cases of RMA / if required
6) Invoices filing, Portal uploads, RMA registering in books
