We are dedicated to excellence and innovation in every project we undertake. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s inventory, optimizing storage, coordinating logistics operations, overseeing stock management, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by managing drivers, handling stock movements, and supporting various logistical needs within the company. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage inventory, ensuring the accuracy and availability of stock at all times. Organize and optimize the storage space to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Monitor and manage drivers to ensure efficient delivery schedules and routes. Perform regular stock audits and report on stock levels, damages, and discrepancies. Assist in coordinating transportation and logistics for projects, ensuring all materials and products are delivered on time. Handle any logistical issues or delays promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and returns. Support the purchasing department with stock forecasting and replenishment planning. Requirements: Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or inventory control (preferably in the fitout or construction industry). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with logistics software and systems (preferred but not mandatory). Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory). Basic understanding of safety regulations related to logistics and warehouse management.
