Job Description & Requirements

• Handle cross border shipments (MY & SG) to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordination in operations.
• Import/Export Singapore permit request.
• Preparation of documentation for shipments (Truck waybill, SG permit, MY custom form)
• Daily task included tracking status, customer service, documentation, follow up shipment status and updates to customer on their booking and POD.
• Update to shipment files for job completed.
• Ad hoc billing required for job in Singapore.
• Miscellaneous task assigned by direct supervisor /HOD.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

• road freight: 1 year (Required)
