Description
Work and communicate closely with Warehouse Operation and Customer Care Dept. Releasing orders in system and pass the Pick Slip to WH Ops Team. Keep tracking of all the order released to the WH Ops Team. Ensure orders are released in timely manner. Ensure all orders are posted in timely manner to avoid any miss delivery. Close follow ups with WH Ops Team. Preparing DO/Invoice/Manual DO/Packing List/Load Manifest. Ensure proper documentation filings for easy retrieval. Promote a safe and disciplined working environment. Willing to work on alternate Saturday, Sunday and Over Time (OT) when necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as determined by the Superior as & when the need arises. Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in warehouse operations role. Knowledge of warehouse operations. Knowledge in SAP System is a must. Proficiency in computer software especially Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point. Self-driven, dynamic and eager to learn. Be experienced with knowledge in Good Warehouse Practices. Excellent communication, process management and supervision skills. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
