Description

Key Responsibilities * Coordinate logistics support for dredging and marine projects, including vessels, barges, and marine units * Arrange transportation of equipment, spare parts, consumables, and project materials to and from sites * Manage vessel ration supply, fuel coordination, and marine consumables * Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, port authorities, customs, and marine agents * Handle import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, customs clearance, and permits * Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of vessels and marine equipment * Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to project sites * Maintain logistics records, inventory reports, and cost tracking * Ensure compliance with company procedures, port regulations, and maritime safety standards * Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams for smooth operations * Resolve logistics issues and provide timely updates to management

Responsibilities
