Salary Range: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to manage daily logistics operations, including inventory control, warehouse management, supply chain coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field, preferably within the oil industry, and possess strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in relevant software.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil industry.
  • Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Control:

  • Ensure optimal stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments.
  • Warehouse Operations:
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of materials to maximize warehouse efficiency.
  • Logistics Management:
  • Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics operations.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth movement of goods.
  • Supply Chain Coordination:
  • Work closely with procurement and suppliers to manage supply chain activities.
  • Assist in developing strategies for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain and update logistics documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and reports.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
