Description
Overview As Logistics Officer, you ensure the accurate and timely flow of materials in our high-mix, low-volume Manufacturing Competence Center. Due to the wide variety of products, frequent changeovers, and customer-specific requirements, accuracy, traceability, and process discipline are critical. You support production by making sure the right components are available at the right time, while maintaining full material traceability and inventory reliability. Responsibilities Receiving, inspecting, and registering incoming goods (electronic components, PCBAs, packaging) Managing internal material flow between warehouse and production in a high-mix environment Ensuring full lot, batch, and serial number traceability of materials and assemblies Booking all stock movements accurately in the ERP (SAP) system Managing finished goods, packing, and shipment preparation Performing cycle counting and supporting periodic inventory counts Supporting internal and external audits (ISO, customer audits) Identifying discrepancies, shortages, or non-conforming materials and escalating where needed Ensuring compliance with ESD, quality, and safety procedures Contributing to continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse processes Qualifications Experience in logistics or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment Comfortable working in a high-mix, low-volume setting with frequent changes Strong attention to detail and accuracy mindset Experience with traceability requirements (lot/batch control, serial numbers) Familiarity with ERP (SAP) or warehouse management systems Experience with cycle counting and audit support Reach truck experience or certificate is a plus Hands-on, reliable team player with a structured way of working
