About the Role: The Logistics Operations Associate supports the Logistics Team by handling the day-to-day operational and administrative tasks necessary for the smooth execution of shipping, clearance, compliance, and claims processes. Key Responsibilities: Assists with preparing shipping documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists) for import and export shipments. Tracks all incoming and outgoing shipments, updating the Logistics Tracking Sheet (LTS) with accurate ETAs and status in real-time. Handles the compilation and filing of all customs and shipping documents, ensuring data integrity. Leads the preparation, submission, and monitoring of complex government permits (ICC, PS Mark, NTC) to ensure zero non-compliance. Monitors permit expiry dates and escalate to the Senior Associate 60 days before expiration. Independently analyzes and processes marine insurance claims, negotiating with adjusters and driving recovery efforts. Performs data entry and maintains accurate logistics-related records in the ERP/WMS systems. Resolves all complex shipment, clearance, or compliance issues autonomously. The superior will advise on additional descriptions. Job Qualifications: Logistics Operation Associate Focus (Aptitude/Foundational) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or import/export operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proven expertise in customs regulations, trade compliance, and marine insurance protocols. Proficient in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Microsoft AX). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Strong leadership, negotiation, and advanced analytical skills.
