Descripción de la empresa Empresa internacional de logística aerea, con gran alcance Descripción del empleo Reports to: Operations Manager (Local / HQ) / Field Operations Supervisor Location: Mexico City (Insurgentes Office) — 100% On-site Positions Objective: To execute the end-to-end handling of urgent time-critical shipments (Handcarry / OBC, Next Flight Out, Air Charter), ensuring on-time delivery, documentation accuracy, and real-time communication with international counterparts. Principal Responsibilities: Collect, verify, and dispatch shipments from client sites to the airport. Prepare and manage airfreight documentation (AWB, manifests, labels). Coordinate OBC and NFO operations, including airport handling and cargo acceptance. Maintain active communication (in English) with HQ, agents, and clients during transit. Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and IATA compliance. Update shipment trackers and provide live status updates. Report and escalate incidents or delays immediately. Attend daily shift handovers and briefings. Coordinate with transport vendors and ground handling providers. Ensure compliance with aviation safety and security protocols. Support admin tasks such as operational logs and delivery confirmations. Be available for flexible scheduling and emergency call-outs. Compensation Package • Net Monthly Salary: MXN $25,000 – $30,000 • Gross Monthly Salary: MXN $30,000 – $36,000 • Benefits: Statutory benefits, 3 additional vacation days, supplemental medical insurance, grocery vouchers. • Bonus: Annual performance bonus (5–10%) based on payroll accuracy and process KPIs. • Xmas Bonus of 15 days mandatory in México Requisitos IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Education: Technical or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related. Languages: Intermediate-Advanced English. Experience: 1–3 years in airfreight, courier, or time-critical logistics operations. Skills: Strong organizational ability, adaptability, teamwork under pressure, communication in English. Availability: 24/7 rotation shifts, ability to work nights/weekends. •KPIs / Success Metrics On-time performance ≥95%. Operational incident rate
