JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related fields
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or data analysis (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transport Management Systems (TMS) will be an advantage

• Analyze and monitor logistics operations data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as delivery performance, turnaround time, cost efficiency, and service quality
• Work closely with operations teams to optimize warehouse and transportation processes
• Support demand forecasting, resource planning, and capacity utilization analysis
• Assist in the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of logistics activities
• Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues and recommend corrective actions
• Support management in strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven insights
