OVERVIEW:

Solida Labs is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Assistant to support our growing industrial hemp and co-packing operation. This role is a mix of shipping/receiving, inventory tracking, purchasing support, and customer service. You’ll work closely with leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly while helping us build stronger processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or operations support.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or order-tracking software a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with vendors, customers, and team members.
• Comfortable adapting to evolving processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee shipping and receiving: check in deliveries, prepare outgoing shipments, coordinate with carriers.
• Assist with purchasing: place supply orders, track vendor deliveries, and maintain records.
• Maintain basic inventory counts; support inventory tracking as processes expand.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, timelines, or product movement.
• Keep accurate records of all transactions (shipments, inventory, and purchases).
• Collaborate with production and leadership to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
