Description

Overview The Logistics Operations Associate is responsible for executing delivery and logistics activities in a position that will be aligned by mode ensuring on time shipment from the plants and on time delivery to the customer. Position will be also responsible for day to day SAP transactions in addition to resolving any transportation delays, equipment challenges or other issues impacting on time delivery to the customer. Responsibilities YOU will be involved in the following tasks: Coordinate all load and shipment processes with local plant / warehouse / terminal personnel and carriers to ensure on time delivery to customer Proactively monitor open orders and deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possibility and mitigate negative impact of unavoidable disturbances Key transactional contact for customers and 3rd party logistics service providers Maintain key internal relationships including business, sales, supply chain planning, logistics procurement, product management and further functions. Ensure adherence to defined operational escalation process to leads, regional experts and plant personnel when encountering unforeseen delays in shipping from plant and ultimate delivery to customer. Responsibilities

The Logistics Operations Associate will coordinate load and shipment processes to ensure timely delivery to customers and resolve any transportation delays. They will also manage day-to-day SAP transactions and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
