Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Logistics Operations Leader will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring the efficient and compliant management of inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards in operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and safety, while driving continuous improvement and cost-effective solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and warehouse best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
