As a Logistics Operations Management Executive, you will be required to drive the delivery of materials from and to our locations, support successful replenishment and ensure on-time delivery and receipt of materials in a manner that is consistent with velocity, quality and cost objectives, maintain master data, and compile reports for Management level. To ensure success as a Logistics Operations Management Executive, you should have knowledge in supply chain management process, advanced technical skills and an eye keen on details. What we expect from you when joining us is to ensure the smooth running of the company’s processes to improve sales turnover and reduce costs. Responsibilities 1. Monitor and control shipments, delivery and inventory of material from and to Bosch Units 2. Maintain master data on SAP to ensure smooth system’s run and correct transactional data 3. System execution for logistics inbound and outbound activities 4. Perform daily / weekly / monthly reports of Delivery and Inventory Performance for responsible Bosch Units 5. Other Logistics Management related tasks Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree with studies related Foreign Trade, International Business Management, or Supply Chain Management. Minimum 1 years working experience. Fluent in English is a must. 2nd language (Chinese, Japanese) is a plus.
