As a Logistics Operations Management Executive, you will be required to drive the delivery of materials from and to our locations, support successful replenishment and ensure on-time delivery and receipt of materials in a manner that is consistent with velocity, quality and cost objectives, maintain master data, and compile reports for Management level. To ensure success as a Logistics Operations Management Executive, you should have knowledge in supply chain management process, advanced technical skills and an eye keen on details. What we expect from you when joining us is to ensure the smooth running of the company’s processes to improve sales turnover and reduce costs. Responsibilities Monitor and control shipments, delivery and inventory of material from and to Bosch Units Maintain master data on SAP to ensure smooth system’s run and correct transactional data System execution for logistics inbound and outbound activities Perform daily / weekly / monthly reports of Delivery and Inventory Performance for responsible Bosch Units Other Logistics Management related tasks Strategically, you are expected to act as the responsible window regarding process improvement initiatives to improve supply performance. Streamline inefficient practices and processes. Develop process standardization. Drive sharing of best practices. Perform problem solving and customer-oriented solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with studies related in Supply chain, Logistics, Economics. Minimum of 2 years work experiences in supply chain management, logistics operations, transportation or related field. Preferably with SAP experience or any related ERP tools. Kinaxis is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Power BI and other automation tools is a plus. Fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to work independently and good time management. Organized, self-driven, and customer-focused team player. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various cross-cultural teams and cross-organizational stakeholders.
