Logistics Operations Manager
Black Walnut is a family run, award winning business, and a renowned institution of London. We are growing again and looking to fill new roles in our team.
We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and professional team member for the Logistics Operations Manager position.
Candidates must have a valid drivers license and own car to get to work.
The role consists of catering management, including delivering catering orders, picking up supplies (lots of driving around town), inventory sourcing/vendor negotiation, warehouse/inventory management, landscaping/snow removal, some cleaning/fixing, and other logistical tasks.
The role does require heavy lifting, and lots of time on feet, so the candidate must be strong and fit. Role requires excellent teamwork skills and the ability to move quickly, with sound organizational skills. The role also include serving customers while delivering catering, and at times, in a cafe environment.
Supply management and customer service experience is preferred, but no experience is necessary, we will train. Just be ready with a positive attitude, ready to learn and work hard.
The position is Monday to Friday, 6:30am starts, for 35-44 hours guaranteed per week.
