MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of experience managing third-party logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations vendors. * 2 years of experience in program or project management. * Experience in planning, business case development, project, budget or program management. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S or other continuous Improvement experience. * Project or Supply Chain Management Certified (PMP, CLTD, CSCP, CPIM). * 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. * Experience managing operations in multiple locations simultaneously. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage partner teams dedicated to our account, including account management, spend controls, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), metrics management and escalation management. * Own the logistics operations management of multiple warehouse or Data Center locations using industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to improve performance, reduce cost and maintain a safe workplace. * Own and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), vendor performance scorecards and development of business cases to support logistics changes or improvements. * Create, lead and support Continuous Improvement and cross-functional initiatives with a focus on achieving On Time Installation (OTI) of new cloud machine capacity.
