POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinating sales and logistics for domestic trade, export and import.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field and equivalent experience.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of logistics experience
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of logistic (Liquid tank operation, shipments by truck or rail car, leasing for rail car, import and export for liquid bulk chemical)
  • Knowledge of import and export operation (L/C, document, import and export documentation)
  • Familiarity with U.S. Customs and NSF standard for Water quality association
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a multi-cultural business environment
  • Requires excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Understanding on accounting procedures and rules required by company.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating logistics for domestic sales and export/import shipments
  • Prepares shipping documents (L/C, Pro Forma Invoice, debit note, etc.)
  • Calculates the Final Price of Sales/Purchase, and report to commercial PIC.
  • Controlling inventory for Liquid Caustic Soda in Richmond and Propylene in Mont Belview
  • Preparing monthly reports and forecasts for all sales in CC2E, CC8E(import), CB1E, CB2E, CB4E and CB9E.
  • Communicates with Marubeni Corporation, Tokyo for import and export shipment.
  • Managing credits for each buyer and apply application to both Atradius and NYKRM for renewal. Monitor payments from customers. Report managers and Tokyo team in time if overdue occur.
  • Monitoring payments from customers and preparing monthly reports for all sales.
  • Implement logistics and trade operations of Propylene, CBFS, MEG, ADA and C4(Typical process of seaborne trade is show in the attachment.), which includes arrangement/coordination of railcars delivery.
  • Sales ADA to registered end users including negotiation with Supplier and Customer.
  • Sales Caustic Soda out of Kinder Morgan Richmond tank and to distributers in West Coast.
  • Supports rotation staff of sales ADA to new customers.
  • Initiate and implement accounting procedure for derivative transactions and inventory re-evaluation for CB9E.
  • Implementing logistics and trade operation of PVC import
  • Supporting installation of trade management system (Right Angle).
  • Supporting transition from Main-21 to MOCA
  • Making Export check lists and company code registrations
  • Managing contract renewals for Kinder Morgan terminal and control API Inspection.
  • Managing NSF Certificate for Liquid Caustic Soda.
