We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Tanker Logistics team in Market Drayton. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the cost-efficient collection and delivery of raw milk while maintaining exceptional service standards. You’ll lead a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards.

• Location: Market Drayton Depot (TF9 3UY)
• Contract: Full Time/Permanent
• Shift: Monday-Friday (40 hours)

Operations Manager Key Responsibilities;

• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
• Manage depot operations, including rota planning, staffing, and cost control.
• Deliver against KPIs and OGSM targets.
• Drive customer service excellence for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure legal compliance for drivers and vehicles.
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and disciplinary procedures.
