This role is based in our Phoenix office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Logistic Operations Specialist to support Picnic’s expansion into the Phoenix market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support operations organization by ensuring operational data is correct, users are set up correctly to use the operating systems.
• Run quality assurance and data audit activities to ensure data is accurate and updated.
• Manage process-based customer needs on behalf of the operations team such as payments, alcohol applications, tobacco licenses, health permits etc liaising with external counsel as required.
• Train operations team on use of systems, acting as key interface with team via phone and email support in a professional and efficient manner
• Support other activities within Business Operations as required.
