At Agilent, we help laboratories worldwide deliver life-changing insights—from ensuring food safety to accelerating disease diagnosis. As we expand our industry-leading distribution hub in Memphis, we’re looking for a skilled Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and drive excellence in service delivery.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (OT may be required)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse logistics operations.
• Proficiency with WMS, inventory management systems, and 3PL operations; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.

• Supervise and support a team of logistics professionals in daily warehouse operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to operational standards and safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), training programs, and onboarding processes.
• Plan short-term labor and capacity needs in collaboration with management.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support quality management systems (QMS) and participate in internal and regulatory audits.
• Foster a positive work environment aligned with Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely product distribution while optimizing cost and efficiency.
