THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking a Logistics Operative to join our team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with a view to permanency based on performance and business needs. This role is integral to supporting the logistics function as we scale up operations, particularly focusing on the manual and physical aspects of the department.
Reporting into the Logistics Supervisor, the successful candidate will take ownership of daily hands-on duties including preparing, packing, moving and processing merchant equipment and accessories for shipment and return. You will play a key part in ensuring stock is organised, labelled, and ready for dispatch — and that the warehouse space remains accurate and operationally efficient.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Packing payment terminals and accessories ready for dispatch
· Printing and applying shipping labels to outbound items
· Preparing parcels and cages for courier collection (e.g. Parcel Force)
· Transporting packed cages to the courier drop-off point each evening
· Receiving incoming deliveries and moving stock from ground level to the 5th floor stockroom
· Barcoding and scanning terminals into spreadsheets and systems
· Organising and maintaining the stockroom
· Supporting wider logistics activity including:
o Dispatch queues for UK, ROI, and GIB
o Booking in and processing returns
o Terminal replacements and collections
o Accessories, paper rolls, and myPOS Shop orders
o Occasional stock takes and restocking of regional hubs (ROI/GIB)
