This is a hands-on role supporting our third-party logistics (3PL) operations, ensuring all products, consumables, and spare parts are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently to both UK and international customers. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and inventory control, directly contributing to the performance and success of the logistics team. What will you be doing… Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer and channel partner orders in a timely manner Maintain effective inventory control within the warehouse Receive and process packed products and parts from operations sites Ensure all tasks are completed in line with Health & Safety regulations Uphold ISO quality standards and procedures relating to 3PL operations Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse team Operate within established performance management systems Manage your own workload effectively to meet productivity and quality targets Qualifications What we are looking for… We are seeking someone who is organised, conscientious, and quality-focused, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. You will have a strong understanding of warehouse routines and procedures with the ability to follow defined processes and make sound judgements based on factual information.
