LOGISTICS OPERATOR

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader you will work to satisfy the needs of Essity customers by unloading and picking orders correctly and despatching them on time. On a Day to day basis you will be ensuring compliance with corporate or legislative requirements, including Health and Safety and quality controls. You will also ensure house keeping standards are maintained at all times.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

The logistics Operator’s key tasks are as follows:

• Case picking and assembling of orders through radio frequency
• Loading vehicles correctly with finished product for onward delivery
• Ensuring all goods are correctly labelled, barcoded and recorded
• Reworking of product on to different pallet types or configuration’s, assisting with customer returns and re-working as necessary
• Picking and preparation of express parcel delivery orders
