QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • A relevant degree such as MBO+, HBO, or equivalent in supply chain or logistics.
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics within an international setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Clear, concise communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and process improvement ideas.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adhere to company safety, health, and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the smooth operation of the Supply Chain by managing purchase orders, stock control, and inventory activities aligned with production demands.
  • Handling materials, inspecting incoming goods, and ensuring accurate Goods Receipt records.
  • Conducting inventory cycle counts, maintaining input data in SAP S4 HANA, and managing storage and transportation across locations.
  • Preparing and issuing raw materials, consumables, and requisites needed for production.
  • Managing outbound shipments and acting as the main contact for outbound logistics activities.
  • Communicating with suppliers to resolve purchase order discrepancies and supporting the integration of new systems and processes.
