Benefits Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Paid Sick hours Job Description Download and analyze daily data from the Transportation Management System (TMS) Track and trace shipments in transit using carrier web trackers and email communications Manually upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to the TMS to support carriers as needed Validate PODs to ensure they are signed by receivers, correspond to the correct shipments, and are properly transferred from TMS to SAP Identify and report deliveries with Over, Short, or Damaged (OSD) notations on PODs to the CSR team Summarize and document issues or exceptions within the TMS Generate ad-hoc reports and support the monitoring of Customer Service Representative (CSR) Group Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accurately perform data entry tasks and maintain organized records Develop a thorough understanding of internal logistics processes to support carrier education Stay current with logistics industry standards and best practices Communicate all ongoing issues, exceptions, and concerns to the Team Leader in a timely manner Pay rate: $25 - $27/hr. (D.O.E) Qualifications Prior experience as a Supply Chain Planner, Specialist, or in the logistics industry is highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) and Outlook Strong, clear, and concise communication skills Positive attitude with the ability to manage assignments independently Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy Excellent prioritization skills, able to shift focus to urgent issues without neglecting routine duties Quick learner, adaptable to new systems and sudden changes Highly organized with strong follow-up abilities Detail-oriented with a keen sense of urgency and the ability to escalate issues appropriately Capable of building and maintaining professional relationships with customers and carriers Bachelor’s Degree / Associate's degree Preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. *** NO C2C ***
Responsibilities
The Logistics Operator will download and analyze daily data from the Transportation Management System (TMS) and track shipments in transit. They will also validate Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and report any issues to the Customer Service Representative team.
