  • Experience in the operation of manual handling and cleaning equipment
  • Experience handling of general stock, dangerous goods or hazardous substances
  • A strong background in warehousing, working within small teams whilst servicing internal stakeholders
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE: LOGISTICS OPERATOR

As a Logistics Operator with Thales Australia, your primary focus will be to work closely with 4 other Operators to ensure the smooth running of logistics operations at the Benalla site in northern NSW.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working with other team members on needs for raw materials and finished goods
  • Accurate picking and packing of orders
  • Receipting of inbound goods through the MRP system
  • Attend t internal customer enquiries on any stick issues
  • Delivery of bulk items, packaging chemicals and production items using forklifts and other stores vehicles
  • Loading and unloading of goods in preparation for collection by couriers or transport companies
  • Quality assurance of critical items ensuring all quantities are correct in-line with the corresponding paperwork
